You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

4. Hosting (Shopify)

This website is hosted on the platform of Shopify International Limited (2nd Floor, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland; parent company Shopify Inc., Canada). Shopify processes, among other things, access, order and customer data on our behalf. This may involve a transfer to third countries (including Canada and the USA); the basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. 5. Server log files

7. Order processing

When you place an order, we process the data you provide (name, address, email, phone number if applicable, payment and order data) to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored for as long as necessary or as long as commercial and tax retention periods apply.

8. Payment service providers

We work with service providers to process payments (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna – depending on the payment method you choose). The data you enter during the payment process is transmitted to the respective service provider (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

9. Shipping

For delivery, we pass on your name and delivery address to the shipping company commissioned (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

10. Newsletter

We use your email address for the newsletter. Sign-up takes place using the double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

12. Marketing & reach measurement (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)

Where you have consented, we use marketing tools, in particular the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads. Data may be transmitted to the providers, including to third countries (including the USA).
