You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about your stored data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

4. Hosting (Shopify)

This website is hosted on the platform of Shopify International Limited (2nd Floor, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland; parent company Shopify Inc., Canada). Shopify processes, on our behalf, among other things access data, order data and customer data. This may involve a transfer to third countries (including Canada and the USA); the basis for this is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 5. Server log files

When you visit the website, information is automatically stored in server log files (browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request, IP address). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG. We set non-essential cookies (marketing, statistics) only with your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

7. Order processing

When you place an order, we process the data you provide (name, address, email, phone number where applicable, payment and order data) in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored for as long as this is necessary or for as long as statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply.

8. Payment service providers

For payment processing we work with service providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna – depending on the payment method you choose). The data you enter during the payment process is transmitted to the respective service provider (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

9. Shipping

For delivery, we pass your name and delivery address on to the shipping company we have commissioned (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

10. Newsletter

For the newsletter we use your email address. Subscription takes place using the double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

11. Contacting us

When you contact us by email or via a form, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

12. Marketing & reach measurement (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)

If you have given your consent, we use marketing tools, in particular the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads. Data may be transmitted to the providers, including to third countries (including the USA). The legal basis is solely your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time.
